RUSSO ELMS ROBERTS, LLP, formerly Law Offices of Russo & Prince, LLP, has been a Solano County institution for over 25 years.  Friends and partners Sarah Russo, Shannon Elms and Maureen Roberts have all dedicated their practice to the area of family law.

Law Clerk Gladys Hernandez Cisneros joined the RER family in 2023 - focusing her practice on all areas of family law, working collaboratively with the partners to provide the best legal support to our clients. 

We provide skilled guidance and representation to clients in Solano, Napa and Contra Costa Counties in all family law, mediation and divorce matters. 

Our criminal defense counsel, Leslie Prince, handles criminal appeals throughout California.
